Description:  The Bureau utilized Infant/Toddler Specialists to assess 915 infant toddler environments. The 915 infant toddler environments represent a stratified demographic sample, who were then randomly assigned to one of three intervention groups.

The lowest intervention group received an environment rating scale summary report. The middle intervention group received the environmental rating scale summary report, access to community based PITC trainings. The high intervention group received a complete environmental rating scale report, access to community based PITC training, coordination with the Healthy Child Care Ohio Nurses, and onsite mentoring from the infant toddler specialists.

Pre and post tests will be conducted to see which intervention provided the greatest degree of change.
