The Infant Toddler State Coordinator works within the Quality Initiatives Unit of the Division of Early Care and Education to coordinate and plan for quality infant/toddler care in West Virginia. The Coordinator facilitates the Infant/Toddler Specialists Network, oversees implementation of infant/toddler programs and resources, manages the Great Beginnings Infant/Toddler Conference, and produces a quarterly newsletter for infant/toddler programs.
