In 2005, a series of sessions on Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers were offered in different regions of the State. A $200.00 stipend was provided for regulated child care providers (centers, facilities and homes) completing the three-day session to support travel and other related expenses.
Other early childhood partners were invited to participate in the training sessions (Early Head Start, Starting Points, early parent education programs).
A “train the trainers” session was provided later in the year in order to establish mechanisms for infant/toddler specialists to provide follow-up support to providers participating in the session.
