Description:
West Virginia's six Child Care Resource and Referral agencies (CCR&R) receive funds to purchase and distribute materials that support implementation of quality infant and toddler environments. The CCR&R agencies distribute the materials to participants in various professional development opportunities for ECE providers, including the West Virginia Infant and Toddler Professional Development Program and the Infant/Toddler Quality Improvement Project. The CCR&Rs also loan some materials to providers through their Traveling Resource and Information Library System (TRAILS).
