The contract, for $150,000, was awarded to People Attentive to Children (PATCH), the state resource and referral agency. It focuses on using the WestEd approach to caring for infants."

"...the Department has funded PATCH to be the local train-the-trainer expert in infant care. [P]roviders can be informal care providers, licensed Family Day Care Home Providers, or staff from licensed Center-Based Care."
