Description:  Child care providers can receive cash incentives to participate in assessments using the Infant-Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS), Early Childhood Rating Scale (ECRS), or Family Day Care Rating Scale (FDCRS). Child care centers and group family daycares may receive up to $500, and family child care providers may receive up to $250 to purchase items from a Support Materials Request form that is based upon the provider’s action plan after the pre-observation. The program is administered by local Early Childhood Enrichment (CCR&R) agencies with the goal of improving the quality of child care environments for infants and toddlers.
