The Child Care Support Network (CCSN) is part of Rhode Island's Successful Start Early Childhood Systems Plan. CCSN offers on-site technical assistance to center based programs and family child care (FCC) homes serving children birth – age eight with an emphasis on integration of children with special needs, strengthening reciprocal relationship with families and enhancing the social and emotional well being of children in care. CCSN offers services to support Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation, Developmental Screening (Watch Me Grow RI), Infant & Toddler On-Site Technical Assistance, and Health Consultation. There is no cost for many of the services provided by the Child Care Support Network. Each program is open to all licensed child care professionals working in family child care homes and center-based programs. Updated July 2009 |
