STARS Quality Coordinators (SQC) deliver free technical assistance to child care providers seeking STARS for KIDS NOW Quality Rating. They are required to spend 25% of their time providing assistance to child care providers who care for infants and toddlers. They are housed at Kentucky Community Technical College System campuses across the state.
